More hot food options needed at breakfast!!! Staff should communicate room availability better!!! Poor TV service in King rooms could use improvement!!! Higher quality toilet paper would make a difference!!!

Just a suitable option for a short staycation in Liberty with value for money. The kitchenette in the room made it super convenient for late-night snacks. Bring your own toilet paper for a better experience.

Harrison at the bar stood out with his engaging personality and excellent drink recommendations. The cleanliness of the King Studio was impressive, making for a comfortable stay. However, there were issues with TV service in one of the rooms, and the front desk staff could improve in their customer service interactions. Breakfast options could also be more varied to enhance the guest experience further.

the breakfast was just sad, as I wished for way more hot food options. and when I asked about a king room, they just ignored my request and gave me a double. it's baffling that they didn't offer me a complimentary gesture for such inconvenience, almost gave them a good review, but just couldn't!

the salt water pool was a lovely surprise for the kids. the faucet was difficult to use.

Recommend it for families

The staff went above and beyond, felt like family , especially at breakfast when they asked how my kids were doing. The pool area was clean and relaxing, just what we needed after a busy day.

It wasn't cheap but was still acceptable.

Unfortunately, our TV in the extra room wasn't working, and when we called the front desk for help, the response was pretty unhelpful. We were given an 800 number to call, which wasn't great.

I had a fabulous stay! The pool was refreshing, and I loved the 24-hour coffee in the lobby. One downside was the awkward bathroom faucet placement.
